For the digitization of hand-written mathematical expressions. I used 32,200 samples obtained from Kaggle's 100,000 character dataset for training and another 3,220 characters for testing. I implemented a modified Faruqui approach only to revert to a transfer learning network which gave better accuracy.

Edge computing code to solve World Hunger. GROWTH represents an idea me and 3 others came up with to improve urban farming. It is an IOT scalable vertical garden composed of sensors which in turn tell a few actuators what to do. (1) Soil moisture sensors inform the drip water/fertilizer irrigation system. (2) DHT11 temp and humidity sensors inform the dehumidification system and (3) a lighting system composed of UV LEDs, blue and red LEDs to control the plant growth versus fruit yield when programmatically adjusted per needs of consumer.

So this app can detect faces (>0) and polls every few seconds before alerting you how many faces it has detected. The bug to do with the switchingCamera has been eliminated after resetting random2 = 0; among the first executions within the switchCamera() method. Slight oversight. Other ideas: * to randomize the toasts that will be displayed if it detects 1 or more faces.. but my job hasn't changed i.e * to create toasts which will later be full on conversational texts displayed somewhere perhaps on the side, perhaps via IBM api or we'll think about what method is best in user interactivity, to communicate to the user via their displayed facial emotions.
