Can you include a copy of your project (at the very least the file in question)?

Did you come across this when you were playing around with excluding source folders?
The error in question is due to the compiler not being able to find the file in question. This is most likely because it has not been added to the compilerState or because it was deleted from the compilerState but not the eclipse state. Does any of this sound possible?

Yes, you're right. Most probably it was due to the changes I had introduced due to #11. Closing.
