Add the ability to filter out 'target' directories from Maven about intellij-pants-plugin HOT 3 CLOSED

It will be in the view but won't be indexed.

The Project Files view that I've added just represents Pants working directory in the file system so it should show all files as they are presented on the disk.

Just seeing files on the disk is kind of the problem. I will double check after I get the Pants IntelliJ plugin working, but with goal idea, when I hit Option Shift -N (on mac) and see if files in the target directories come up. Often times you will see generated code from maven (not pants) copies of resources, etc. that just get in the way.

I'm using the latest plugin from HEAD now and successfully importing projects and this is not an issue.
