2. Not sure what you mean but you can't start the lobby with just bots. All the players have to connect.

there are no problems in either the public or private lobby, the lobby is public by default. The fact is that at the moment lobbies are no longer created using Go. I have code in Python, lobbies are created there but the general problem is both Go and Python is that if you create it without a password, then it seems to be created, but it cannot be found in the lobby list, and if you create it with a password, then it can be found by the password, but it is still not in the list lobby.
