I missed another issue. When launching manually, after the PIR-Sensor detects a motion, the output prompts: [sudo] password for pi: endless. And the HDMI output is turning a few times off/on/off/on/off/on...
UPDATE: I got it. The commands exec("/opt/vc/bin/tvservice --preferred && sudo chvt 6 && sudo chvt 7", null) needs sudo. I am not using pi, who doesn't need to type sudo password. After disabling the require of password typing (Source), it works for me. I added a PR to mention it in the README and fix the useradd/usermod
UPDATE2: Even better is to chmod the binaries with sudo chmod u+s /opt/vc/bin/tvservice && sudo chmod u+s /bin/chvt. Thanks to @Joshua-Roe. Changed in PR #20.
