owner of a event? uid field in event table?
I think that acl would be better than vouters

A user is only allowed to join one time with the same name, stamm and group.
The fields are now selectable. How should I proof this? Is this really needed? We have the reCaptcha and the organizer could manual structure his list.
Should: name, eventID!
