Very interesting + very important! We should definitely do this along with #30
Some good quotas (determined as a function of the users on the website in each category) to satisfy for all votes could be:
- Male/Female
- White/POC
- STEM/Humanities
When people make their account they can privately self-identify as one category (or both), and not have it be editable (so people don't skew things later by changing identities)
