I believe I was contacted via email regarding this. The trajectory files provided were generated using private code from my colleague @jschpinto (Joao Pinto), who was also involved in this project.
This stems from a separate work and was used here just to showcase some of the possible use-cases of this simulator. As a consequence, the code for the trajectory generation was not included.

You can implement the optimization algorithm in Matlab/Python and export the trajectory (and derivatives) by following the paper.
