With #10 done, I at least can be sure that the tests pass on all platforms. However, I still want to setup a Windows VM for manual testing at some point.

I now have a Windows 10 VM. For the next time, I should use 60GB of disk space instead of 40GB.
These were the commands I used to set up libvirt on Ubuntu 20 (link):
sudo apt install qemu-kvm libvirt-daemon-system libvirt-clients bridge-utils virtinst virt-manager
sudo usermod -aG libvirt $USER
sudo usermod -aG kvm $USER
