ah yes, it is new to Pharo 10.
I backported a change from Pharo 10: a5363db#diff-a0593c3392bfe1ab87dd629b0afbae4a52cd653fc796df779e414f4b67f0d95a
You can override this method in a pharo launcher compatibility package with the previous version of #pragmaCommands

You mean to move previous implementation to this package PharoLauncher-80Compatibility, right? So is CLAP supposed to work just on P10? Or there will be a separate branch for that?

yes

I think it is only used in Pharo and PL for now. I'm not sure it needs a compatibility package
