@inkrementz you may be able to try @praneeth03's approach in #29. Not ideal but it seems to work

Not sure, I have a segmentation fault 11 :(
I m trying to use buttons on top of each x-axis label but it's like a battle to undestand how and where to change it in the source code :/ and of course to add the tapgesture... for the moment I add on the setup():
for labelView in labelsView.subviews {

bouton.backgroundColor = UIColor.clearColor()
bouton.addTarget(self, action: #selector(ScrollableGraphView.tapDateButton(_:)), forControlEvents: .TouchDown)

it works but it randomize the buttons (of course yes!), I mean if I touche the first label (button here) on the x-axis, it is not necessary the first button which was created from my code.
It's almost the solution but...not really working ! :)

@inkrementz I had the seg fault issue also. (after I replied to you, sorry)

I was able to get around it by using an extension

So now I'm doing what I needed to do on scroll (firing events depending on where the contentOffset is) in there
