We should probably mention:
- where to get rust
- tools:
- that we use rustfmt
- that clippy can be used to find some style problems, but we aren't strict about it
- our pull request process
- issue labels (these need to be cleaned up and actually used!)
- pointers to interesting resources, and guidelines on how much theory is folks are expected to know before hand tackling certain issues
- expectations on the gitter channel (not much at the moment - we don't mind to much at the moment about being asked questions)
- pointers to the language design philosophy
