看了源码，他是对有符号类型中的数字类型的长度全部进行了加1操作，不了解为什么这样做。（"NUMERIC", "DECIMAL", "TINYINT", "SMALLINT", "INTEGER", "BIGINT", "REAL","FLOAT", "DOUBLE"）这些是进行长度+1的的类型
