Custom starters about plenti HOT 1 CLOSED

I think having both the concepts of "themes" and "starters" would be confusing for folks, so I'm closing this in favor of themes that have template inheritance support: #37.

You could still start a project simply by cloning an existing plenti project and editing it. That's technical a "starter" not a "theme" because there is no themes/ folder and you are just modifying the existing code. A better method would be to add the "starter" project to a blank project as a theme and then extend it by overriding templates and adding your own content. That way you can even pull updates from the parent project if you'd like. A "theme" is really just another plenti project that sits in the themes/ folder and can be overridden by higher level layouts.

Since the concepts are so similar and themes are more robust and sustainable, let's kill the term "starter" before it gains any traction.
