Add feature to disable email notification to requester about formcreator HOT 3 CLOSED

Sorry but you talk about the general proceess of GLPI tickets notification. You can already manage all you want in "Configuration > Notification > Notification" and disable for each notification the notification to the requesters, the observers or the technicians.

The only notification created by the plugin is a notification for validating forms and is managed the same way as GLPI notifications.

Hi,

Our requesters do not need any notification for tickets created in Form
Creator, but need notification for tickets created from GLPI.

Requesters need to create their ticket from Form Creator, and edit the
ticket to disable notifications. Thats the only workaround I find for now.

Having in Form Creator a way to override the configuration in GLPI at the
ticket level would be a useful new feature.

Hi,

A new feature have been develop that can answer to your needs.
The commit e682e6f add the possibility to define actors for a ticket and to specify if he should receive email notification or not.

By default, form requester is still added to the ticket requester with notifications enabled and so for the validator as an observer, but you can delete the default settings and set the actors you want without notification.

This feature have been developped for GLPI 0.85 and will be included in 0.85-1.2 release.
