You can rotate a body with

body.rotation.y += 0.1

Please refer to the FPS example if you need more code relative to the movement.

For example here is the WASD movement:

Body.rotation.y+=0.1

Does not not work. I don't think body has a rotation object. It says it's undefined

from cannon-es.

Oops, right, the body has only the quaternion, but you should be able to use the three.js counterparts like this

cannon-es/examples/js/PointerLockControlsCannon.js

this.euler.x = this.pitchObject.rotation.x
this.euler.y = this.yawObject.rotation.y
this.euler.order = 'XYZ'
this.quaternion.setFromEuler(this.euler)
