sdk 不应该依赖配置文件和外部文件

sdk 支持多种初始化方式，可以自己new 一个 configuration 然后去设置里面的属性

服务注册 和配置 中心变成插件化

该项目是将 grpc-go 和 polaris-go 能力整合在一起的项目，并未考虑能够将插件进行拓展能够使用别的注册中心实现
