Thanks. Re Vladislavleva-4 and supervised learning, it was my fault, as some correct code wasn't committed. Please pull and re-run that example.

For the other examples, I am testing them. I don't see errors yet. Let me check: you are finding the examples by running:

python ponyge.py --parameters ../parameters/regression.txt

and other parameter files?

I see the sequence_match problem is not running either. Here the right solution is to remove it, as we are aiming for a policy that all dependencies can be satisfied using Anaconda. I'll remove it.

I ran it now, and it works. I believe that while trying to fix the regression example, I changed something as some others are also running now with the clean repo.

Issue with progsys.txt: import of sys needs to be done completely or the reference sys. should be taken out before function reference.

As an extension to this issue: The example of GE_parse.txt is not working. I sadly cannot reopen the issue @jmmcd...

The error I'm getting is that the individual that is evaluated using the function eval(), receives a phenotype string, which in this case is literally a string. This string cannot be evaluated as such.

I tried some simple quick fixes that let to nothing.

Furthermore, the following are also not working:

• regex_improvement.txt
• seed_run_target.txt
