Well since the problem is the healing, it could just not be equipped server-side. When they get hurt next, their HP will be as though they never put it on, on their side, and no one else will see the shiny stone healing either.

Sorry for the late reply, Rofle, but that may be functional, although that may end up in a lot more confusion on the players side.
I would much prefer if it were possible for us to simply remove the accessory from the users accessory slots entirely, with the banned item message popping up. This would be much less restrictive, and also more likely less confusing.
However, as I said, your suggestion is very functional, so if that'd be easiest for you to do in a timely fashion, then that is fine by me.
