I've started the process of acquiring the "posit" namespace on Open VSX, once that's done this should go quickly (I hope!).

Sorry, I've been told by the Rebranding Leadership Council to hold off on this until the legal name change, as they don't want us to use the "posit" namespace until then. Should be about 3 weeks. This timing actually works out because I just realized that the VS Code extension actually has a problem for Workbench, it hardcodes the port 8000 for launching PyShiny apps, which won't work well if multiple people are trying to do that on the same server at the same time.
