Related to #419, in order to do this you need to be using the second voice. This is also how the original v1.7 of Power Tab worked
The two voices are independent and can have completely different note durations. Within a voice, all notes at the same position have the same duration

I chose the voice to be 1 or 2. It always changes both notes - it doesn't work. unless they are entered as separate voices initially. It needs to be re-designed so that if they are a part of the same voice initially, they can be revoiced.

OK that makes sense, I think this is just a feature request to allow moving a note to the other voice

Related Issues (20)
- The midi playback doesn't deal with dotted notes in 2nd voice properly. HOT 2
- The system doesn't play back the last note of a measure - the midi simply leaves the note out. End of story! HOT 3
- Copy and Paste doesn't copy the barlines and only does one voice at a time HOT 1
