I am in the process of populating the Wiki with all the appropriate
information, and
will also add an INSTALL.TXT file.
In the meantime, if you want to see the program in operation just look at
http://shield.karlwilcox.com where it is already installed.

I have added wiki pages for installation and usage instructions. There is also
a brief
INSTALL.TXT file which summarises these instructions. I have also created a
simple html
test page called demopage.html.
