[native] Flaky test TaskManagerTest.buildSpillDirectoryFailure about presto HOT 2 CLOSED

Going to take a look at it.
It is reproducible in Meta internal repo with stress test.
I suspect a race and already could see some terminated operators in the 'queued' state. They hold the Task hostage.

Plan:

zombie drivers:
{Driver.0.0: terminated, enqueued {Operators: Values[0] 0, Aggregation[1] 1, }}, refcount: 2
}

This seems not the only reason for the zombie tasks. I also see some zombie tasks w/o any zombie drivers.
They have this exception thrown in the workflow:

The last operator (sink) must not produce any results. ...

I suspect that this throw is bad and breaks the workflow.
It also never happens in our prod, because queries don't have plans that return some data from the Driver:run().
