@IonicaBizau I had done some reading on this and found that <w:rtl/> tag should be added as a run property to solve this problem, but unfortunately for some reason, it isn't working and I am not sure why it is so. Maybe someone can pitch-in and do some research on this topic.

@IonicaBizau I am really sorry, but I dont have the bandwidth to take this up now. But if you wish to take it up, It should be as easy as finding the right XML tags in OOXML standards for the same. I can provide pointers on the things I am knowledgeable about.
This PDF is for the first edition of OOXML standard(ECMA 376) and should contain what the details about supporting RTL in docx and could be implemented in html-to-docx then.
