edef639 in #90 added context.isBot method, which is helpful for ignoring behavior from bots. For example: https://github.com/probot/stale/blob/5e0d9c48fb73729c40472edc93111221f580b1eb/index.js#L15

@bkeepers we are using context.isBot and its really great! But, during our tests using probot simulate, the isBot flag is also being set as true. Is there a way I can differentiate if I'm testing or not?

Could you describe more about how you're running into this? Are you simulating an event that was triggered by a bot?
