As per the readme, the 2012 data comes from ProPublica and the 2014 data from Alex Byrnes. We have the token files but not necessarily the PDFs for those two projects.

In theory, all the files are still hosted as part of the FCC Public File, and they are searchable and downloadable directly from the FCC.

@andrealowe , do you have more to add, or suggestions on how @persistforever could best get the 2012 and 2014 PDFs?

Actually, for 2012 it's quite easy, the URLs should be correct in https://github.com/project-deepform/deepform/blob/master/data/2012_manifest.tsv; if they're not correct in the three year manifest perhaps @Gray-Davidson-00 will update the code that produces that.

For 2014 it doesn't appear that https://github.com/project-deepform/deepform/blob/master/data/2014_manifest.tsv has URLs, so my above comment about searching for them in the FCC public file might be the way to go.
