Update:
I think I found the problem. head.js is not working on mobile platform.
I tried to alert some texts in head.ready function but it's working on desktop but not mobile.

which mobile device are you using? also, all the layout and design is controlled via css; js there to enhance features but does not effect the pages layout or design.

Update 2:
You can close this issue.
I'd like to apologized for bothering you with my own fault.
I tried to open this web online with Wampserver and Everything is not working but show only texts.
Because I didn't change the ip of web address in wordpress with the same as online ip.
I'm really sorry about this. :(
