Indeed there is no license. Is that a problem? What are your intentions?

Well, having no licence means your project technically isn't open source. I can't safely make modifications to your code, which means I'm unlikely to use it in a project, download or contribute to it.
If your intention is to have your code used and contributed to by others you should choose an open source licence and make it's application known by adding it to the root of your project (usually LICENCE.txt), or link to it on http://opensource.org/ in your README.md file.
http://opensource.org/ is a very good source of information on the available licences. I tend to use the GPL 3 or the MIT licences in my projects.
If you instead intend that the code be proprietary you should make note of that also, to avoid confusion.
