ConfigSource.loadOrThrow triggers cat=lint-byname-implicit about pureconfig HOT 4 OPEN

Hi @mdedetrich, can you provide some example code where the error occurs? I'm having trouble reproducing this issue.

I believe it's the same thing that prompted the inclusion of this in the example build (during #783).

@mdedetrich: I didn't try that yet, but I thought that nowarn annotation would have to be placed in shapeless (since it's the encoding of Lazy that's issuing the warning).

@jcazevedo Regarding the @nowarn annotation it may be the case that it has to actually be placed in shapeless (I am not too familiar with internals of Pureconf)

Following https://www.scala-lang.org/2021/01/12/configuring-and-suppressing-warnings.html, I've added the following in my project to suppress these warnings only for the location where I use pureconfig.
