The current plan for the MVP for how tasks are completed:
- Type deliverable(s) into a text box to complete the task
- Upload a file to complete a task
- (As proposed in this issue:) Fill out a form to complete a task that was created by someone on the Pursuance website

oh i SO want surveys and polls... in the end it's about spreadsheets, correct?
volunteers see surveys (forms for outsiders) or polls (forms for volunteers), but hosts create and see the spreadsheet.
