Thanks. I think this is a manifestation of the tokenizer issue I was struggling with on the U/U+ machines. It appears to be fixed in the version I have now and will be releasing when I can drop the next update.

I believe I have this fixed as of v0.2.0-alpha+254. At least, the following code seems to work correctly now:
10 x%=-10
20 IF x%<0 THEN 40
30 PRINT "Boo!":GOTO 50
40 PRINT "Yay!"
50 END
I'll mark this as closed, but if the issue recurs, please resubmit or reopen.
