How to require using Py2EXE about pycrypto HOT 2 OPEN

You didn't describe what happens when you try to do this. You might post screen shots or the like.

@ryangurn py2exe does not work if some modules are in .egg form.

install pycrypto with --always-unzip and easy_install.

Example for me on windows and python 2.7 and 32 bit :
easy_install.exe --always-unzip pycrypto-2.6.win32-py2.7.exe

you don't need packages options anymore in your setup.py:

from distutils.core import setup
import py2exe


setup(console=['encode.py'])
