这个工具在1.3 之前的版本还行。但是需要复杂的环境（静态编译打包）
新版更新后就没怎么用过了。用法也变了
不过目前大多用pyinstaller。另外老牌的py2exe也在更新支持新版本python了。可以考虑下

根据文档demo说。可能需要从Qt python pyqt源码编译。所以不是很方便。
可以研究下官方的demo
