Thanks for pointing this out. I'd completely forgotten those files were in
the repository.
Here's the PIL license: http://www.pythonware.com/products/pil/license.htm
If you are at all worried about distribution, those files can be removed.
Their only purpose is to apply a patch to PIL to allow it to read 16-bit
TIFF images.

they both refers to a README for the license, but there is nothing inside
that file... which license do they have?thanks

No problem, I put the license into the debian package, will be fixed in the next upload.
I won't remove them, they have a good license in my opinion, if you want to remove them feel free to do that, in the next release debian will drop them automagically ;)
thanks for clarifying the copyright! (can you please update also the readme file with the correct license?)

- You can certainly do that, although it might get tricky if the lines start getting lengthy. The way to do it would be to use a GraphicsLayout, have the plots, and x-axis axis items be in one column, and have the y-axis axisitem's be in another column. This will force the y-axis axis items to have the same width. There is a diagram of the layouts here if you scroll down a bit: https://pyqtgraph.readthedocs.io/en/latest/plotting.html
