Java concurrency crash when attempting batch processing about serve HOT 4 CLOSED

@fbbradheintz The default handlers do not support batch inferencing. We have added an example with custom handler to demonstrated batch processing.

The changes are available in #75 . Could you please check and confirm.

There were a couple of typos and a question about the intent of the docs. Also, it should be documented somewhere that the default handlers do not handle batches? Batched input is not a far-out use case, and if those handlers aren't going to support it, we should say so clearly.

Once those items are sorted out, we can merge and close.
