The stm file that you have does not seem to be in the right order.
Can you attach your stm and the ctm file here, so that I can have a look.

Okay, something is wrong with the stm file. It is not in the right order. Can you also upload the 'dev.full' list that is in your 's5' folder.
Meanwhile, may I suggest that you use basic scoring using compute-wer function. You can see example in gale_arabic recipe in egs inside local/score.sh.

Nope. I used some non sclite based version, it gave me results so I am just going to use that until I see other people getting sclite results
