Closing for now pending configuration and version update

It looks like there might be a documentation issue. In https://qdrant.tech/documentation/guides/quantization/, it is mentioned that "By default, rescore is enabled.",
I have run a search with and without enabling rescore explicitly. When I enable rescore, the above accuracy issue is resolved. When I run a default search, the issue reproduces. Since setting rescore explicitly changes the behavior, it looks like rescore by default is disabled.
