I'm Andrew, a CS student @ UWaterloo. For me, programming is all about building and fixing. I want to build easy-to-use products that address meaningful pain points that the people around me experience.

• Software Developer Intern @ IBM: Built generative AI tools for some of Canada's largest insurance organizations.
• Software Developer Intern @ UHN: Evaluated GPT-4V's effectiveness in diagnosing health conditions, helping researchers determine AI's suitability for clinical care and education.
• Software Developer Intern @ TD: Engineered financial systems to automate trade report generation, perform asset and liability analysis, and facilitate model development.
• Research Engineer Intern @ U of T: Developed an AI platform for a research study with 500+ participants as part of a university-partnered collaboration with OpenAI.
• VP of Web Development @ UWaterloo Data Science Club: Led a team of developers in enhancing and maintaining the club website.
• Pethsapp: Revamped my former high school's mobile app to help 1200+ students, staff, and parents stay up-to-date on school info, available on the App Store and Google Play. Peaked in the Top 15 in the Apple App Store.
