I'm on the latest version on iOS 17.4 v.1.4.5. Using the beta version seems to have fixed everything
from userscripts.

Doesn't work, the css UserStyle still doesn't appear in the active Userscripts.

What is your system environment? OS/Safari/Userscripts Version?
Try the latest beta version:
https://github.com/quoid/userscripts/releases
In my local testing, making the above @match changes successfully matches.
I don't understand why you said JS can match since google.com always 301 MOVE to www.google.com.
