here it is, extract it in "C:\ProgramData\MCenters\Methods\Dll" make sure the file names arent nested ( make sure to not to create 2 folders of same name after decompression ) OR extract using "extract here mode"

Still same version - 22621.1245
Version of windows was changed, but dlls isn't
