旧的规则和更新脚本还在master分支里：https://github.com/qxzg/Actions/tree/master
您可以把master分支直接下载下来放到你的repo里，然后开启仓库的actions功能应该就行了

你好，这样操作没问题。
但是有个小问题就是，我需要发布新版本来更换这个源的地址，我就想知道你这边可以不可以在不改变源地址的条件下，让3.0 与老的源都兼容。
我不是很熟悉这些规则，不知道相同的文件中的内容（gfwlist.conf ） 在新旧版本中有没有区别。

新增了一个action，旧的规则会在master分支里继续更新，可以不用更改源地址直可以不用更改源地址直接更新接更新
