I've updated watcher's command in commit 428d358 where you would now get a message like the following instead of a panic.
2018/12/11 10:31:00 fork/exec ./countzips.sh: exec format error.

Hey @TuulaP,
Please try using the following:
watcher -dotfiles=false -recursive=false -cmd="bash countzips.sh"
This should fix the issue.
I think it would be a good idea for me to modify the command to handle errors like this a little bit better so thanks for creating this issue :)
