I've seen that the Issue #36 is about something similar, but I just need 0 and 1 alpha values for a MD2. Could it be done with an animtion?

I've tried it, but it doesn't work... I have a skybox in the background, I don't know if it matters... I mean, it's the only thing that is further than my MD2 and I don't see the sky in the alphas, just black.

you have to write an AlphaTestMaterial shader:

if (color.a<0.2){
discard;
} else ...

or "but I just need 0 and 1 alpha values for a MD2"

if (color.a!=0 && color.a!=1){
discard;
} else ...
