upload goal does not work behind proxy requiring authentication about bintray-maven-plugin HOT 6 CLOSED

1. here is a fix (not tested)

2. it uses proxy config from settings.xml (proxy.id -> plugin.serverId)

4. if still no dice, please try to play with code yourself (I have no real proxy to test with)
