[BUG] - Lidarr - Gives up about arr-scripts HOT 6 CLOSED

The only thing that could be done is a workaround to just kill the process if it gets stuck. It wouldn't be a fix, upstream would need to solve the issue with the app/client itself.

I'll see if I can get a timeout to kill the process added in a quick/dirty way...

I have updated the script to timeout the client if it gets stuck, restart your container to get the latest script and update your conf file accordingly.

I have not tested this at all other than an external proof of concept... So your mileage may vary.... Please report back if this resolves the client getting stuck.

Keep in mind this is just a workaround and does not really solve the root problem which is a bit unknown...

Sorry wanted to give a few days to be sure but yeah it’s working, oddly though it downloads stuff it didn’t or wasn’t able to download. So does it check Deezer and then see if it can find it on YouTube? I’m just shocked it downloaded stuff I couldn’t find when I had my Deezer ARL in there

All it does is pass the deezer album ID to the client. So it shouldn't necessarily find anything different than it was previously.
