We might be using "exports" wrong about country-coder HOT 2 CLOSED

(This might even be fixed already since the switchover to esbuild - I dont know)

This was actually fixed already.

We are doing this now since a18d35a, which I think is fine for now:

which I think is fine for now:

Turns out to be still not fine - "type": "module" will make node treat all .js files as ES modules,
which is wrong for the .cjs.js and .iife.js ones 😭
