Hi, thank you for reporting this issue.
In order to be able to investigate this issue we will like to get the following information:

1. What version of poetry did you use to install dependencies?
2. Are you using virtual environment? If yes, which tool have you used to create virtual environment?
3. Are you running this in cloud or on your local machine?
4. If you are running on cloud, which one are you using and what type of the machine?

In the meantime could you give a try to Rasa 3.3.3 or 3.4.0 which was released just a week ago and let us know if the issue persists?

3. Are you running this in cloud or on your local machine? - AWS EC2 instance

4. If you are running on cloud, which one are you using and what type of the machine? - 5.15.0-1021-aws - x86_64 GNU/Linux
