Pagination not showing on Laravel 5.3 Vue Component about vuetable-2 HOT 3 OPEN

@shuhood Please check again if you're using vuetable or vuetable-2. The code above is for vuetable.

vuetable-2 does not show pagination by default (you have to explicitly included in your template), item-actions has been deprecated in vuetable-2 (you will have to use __component field instead), and most of the events have been dropped due to the change in event model in Vue 2.0.

@ratiw I really hope you get to have time to write a little documentation soon. I really love your package, used the Vue 1 version a lot and it just works well. But I honestly couldn't figure out how to make the pagination work with this version.... :(

@jpmurray Really sorry for that. It is really a busy time for me and now I'm out for bisiness trip for two weeks. Will try to find time to put something up anyway. In the meantime, check the example in index.html and main.js and let me know if you're stuck on anything. The main differences from v1 are the lack of events and pagination component not embedded inside vuetable anymore.
