Tableau doesn't provide API support for handling permissions/access for "Metric". So, shall we skip that? @ravisuhag cc: @rahmatrhd

@ishanarya0 just tried to hit this api {{tableau_host}}/api/3.12/sites/:site_id/metrics/:metric_id/permissions and it's returning the permissions. Maybe it's not there in the docs but actually the apis are there. As per this, we can still adding access grant/revoke for metric, right?
