0.6.x releases missing from npm / 0.5.x tags missing from git about react-bootstrap HOT 2 CLOSED

Yes, I've been a bit blasé about publishing to npm. Three issues:

• I've only been doing a 'release' when I've needed to make an update for my work project which uses the bower build.
• We're in a bit of a transition from removing the built files from this repo but I've been waiting for bower to point 'react-bootstrap' to the new built repo: https://github.com/react-bootstrap/react-bootstrap-bower . It's been a month now an still no sign so I think I'll just remove the built files from here anyway
• I've had trouble publishing to npm. It's happened before when npm has been under too much load.

For now, I'd recommend using https://github.com/react-bootstrap/react-bootstrap-npm . I'll try + keep npm up-to-date but expect things to remain a bit ad-hoc until we get closer to a 1.0 release.
